If you have purchased an in stock item that has a standard shipping method, then you can you track your order right here


If you have purchased a wine cellar, furniture piece, full size wine rack or any other item that did not get either:

A) Shipped via ground service with FedEx or UPS

B) Shipped directly from one of our 3rd Party Drop Ship vendors

Then your item will be delivered by one of the carriers below. Please review the instructions for each carrier as the format of the tracking number you received will help determine which carrier will be delivering your item.

If you have yet to receive tracking that means the item has not yet been picked up from our warehouse, which can take 2-3 business days from when the order is placed for In Stock Door to Door and White Glove Delivery items that ship directly from Wine Enthusiast. 

If you placed an order that is being shipped from a 3rd party vendor, such as select furniture pieces, cooling units or personalized items, then that tracking will ONLY be available once they have shipped that item. Lead times for those items can be as high as 4-8 weeks depending on the item purchase, which should have been noted at the time of purchase.
